This is our new attorney who according to the link below is one of the top IP litigators. Upon reading about his two big wins referenced in this article, it makes me squirm a little to think that he is now up to speed on all things MMP.

His two big wins were in the areas of nutritional supplements and shoes (Crocs).

Is he the lead guy for the Markman? Should we be concerned?
