Cant argue with that. But, the independent clocking might be a bit harder to do a work around than the average (if there is such a thing) patent.

I would guess the only way we will find out is in discovery in a law suit. To my knowledge, there has been no proof or claim that a work around has nullified the importance of the patents.

The absence of settlements is the measure than does indicate something is not working according to plan. Did our settlement with TPL do anything to help shareholders or the share price? The is certainly NO PROOF of that either.
