It appears like Active Video has better management/BOD or better lawyers than does PTSC.

I was thinking the same thing when I posted it.

But then I think that Active Video doesn't have to deal with the likes of a TLP/DL.

A big fault of this whole thing is that CM pulled TPL/DL into MMP by signing a contract with them. That's why we had/have to deal with them.

If PTSC would have partnered with PTSC leaving TPL on the outside I think things would be completely different.

I can only hope that TPL/DL have been put in their place.

Time will tell.
