IMO, Work-arounds for a single patent may not be particularly problematic. Finding a way around several I believe would be a Herculean effort and would require a VERY HUGE economic incentive to even make the attempt. It doesn't matter if you eliminate infringement on some MMP patents. You need to eliminate infringement on the entire portfolio. Infringers typically infringe on multiple patents.

Do you know if ARM licensees still infringe on the 749 and 584 patents? Has ARM changed its technology? I do not know. Just asking.
