I don't know that PTSC could have envisioned the problems they would be having today with Leckrone. At the time of the agreement it seemed like a win-win because Leckrone had Alliacense to do the reverse engineering, etc. PTSC had nothing to go with except the rights to the patents --- perhaps they could have teamed up with someone else, but we'd still have the problem of 50/50 ownership. At least working with Leckrone/Alliacense made some sense at the time and we had a chance with a focused patent licensing program.

Too bad it didn't work out, and too bad our BoD didn't do their job making sure that PDS was being funded honestly by Leckrone/Alliacense. That blame lies squarely with our BoD, and they should take responsibility for their mistakes.
