First of all, SGE1 hasn't made a logical argument. He's suggested things, implied and accused, and tried to connect dots that IMO, don't connect.

However, absent a linear logical cause/effect presentation, trying to interpret his meandearing logic, if his argument is that Wolf conspired to withold the PACER (something he has NO ability to do since it's a public document and was available to any of us willing to get it) in order to create some trading opportunity, I think the pps info you repost in your response shows that to be false.

If his argument is that the missing 4 in the date is an indication of some attempt to deceive, he hasn't made any iota of a case on how that has any impact. Is there really substance to the difference between Feb 2011 and Feb 4, 2011? If the actual day was critical, why did no one ask when the PACER was posted, or confirm on their own knowledge?

At best, he can accuse Wolf of intentionally omitting the 4, but in reality, it has no bearing on anything even if he did. Based on Wolf's PACER history, I'd prefer to thank him for his generosity and RELY on my own DD. In reality, the SJM hearing was always unlikely to have much impact and was always likely to go just the way it did. Mark4321 can pontiificate all he wants about stuff, and occassionally he makes a point, but IMO, he has proven himself to be a poster with limited credibility and I've always filtered his posts with that in mind. Obviously SGE1 feels the same way, as most here seem to have also vocalized, yet, rather than heed their own opinions, through their protestations since, they apparently were swayed by them nonetheless. I wasn't, nor do I think many other posters were.

You point to 3 weeks of FUD, I can tell you there were months of reverse FUD posted about the J3 settlement by many of the people now castigating Wolf, and that was allowed to stay. I can tell you milestone insisted despite my posted proof to the contrary, that the '584 patent language as issued in the NIRC versus the language issued in the actual recertification differed, when they were clearly identical, and that was allowed to stay and instead I was castigated by one of these very same folks for calling milestone on his attempt to deceive. I can tell you there's continuous tripe posted here both negative and positive that can be construed as violative, but is allowed to remain. Frankly, I have no problem with it being there EITHER direction. As I've stated, I read this board to trade ideas and information, and perhaps to see things that I haven't thought of, or see something in a different light that I hadn't considered that way.

Ultimately though, I make my own decisions and rely on my own DD, and I don't feel I'm ENTITLED to anyone else's effort or information, unless it comes from the company itself and my not having been provided with the same info would result in a violation of RegFD.
