Well, thanks for clearing up that you are unable to articulate or tie in any clear cause and effects of all of the accusations you throw out. If you could, you would have, or directed me to the post that you say you have done so. If I've missed the CLEAR, STEP BY STEP articulation of your hypothesized cause and effect, please forgive me as I don't read this board as much as I used to, so I'll look forward to your directing me there.

As for what I suggested, you seem to have a problem comprehending, so I'll clarify. It was you who implied that it was somehow wrong for Wolf to benefit from his own PACER efforts, expenditures and time spent. You paradigm is so inverted that you seem to fail to realize you, me and others who see his PACER postings are LUCKY to benefit from his efforts and generosity, and the only one who really has a RIGHT to benefit from them is HIM. I was merely pointing out the absolute hilarity of your point of view. Unfortunately, you expand on his "benefit" and accuse him of manipulation, deceipt and wrongdoing, yet can't back it up with anything more than accusations. You were "deceived" that the PACER read Feb 2011 instead of Feb 4 2011?! Holy cow!! Yet you can't explain what effect that had on anything, because, the facts show that it had NO EFFECT!

It's funny that the stock has traded between 8 and 10 cents for the two months prior to the PACER filing date of 2/4. On that date, the price "spiked" (LOL) to 11 cents on 2.3M shares of trading. Subsequently, it traded between 9 and 11 cents for the next 3 weeks including the day that the PACER was posted by Wolf. Only after the hearing a day later, did the price rise to 15 cents, and as usual, it has settled back down a bit, though thankfully has maintained above 10 cents...so far. You imply that Wolf and his "family" somehow were the only ones capable of taking advantate of these price swings, yet for 3 weeks as you point out, there was ample opportunity to purchase shares a 9 cents.

As for Mark4321's posts, while I disagree with most of what he posts, the posts you refer to were all PTSC related. They may have dwelled on largely the same topic, but they weren't repetitive posting of the exact same info, and if you felt they were incorrect, you should have argued them on the merits and done the DD to prove them wrong, or as a Hub Leader, YOU should have ruled on them as violations. You seem perturbed that Wolf didn't supply you with the PACER in order to combat the posts, and prefer to blame him and demean him rather than take responsibility for your DD or Hub Leader shortcomings, and apparent inability to swing trade the action.

It's becoming more clear with each of your posts that you look at PTSC as a trading opportunity and that your DD consists mainly of reading message boards. Obviously, there's nothing wrong with that point of view, but through the commentary you make and motives you impart to others you blame them when that "strategy" falls short for you rather than take responsibility for your limited efforts.
