lol, interesting that you need to fortify yourself in order to deal with simple facts. In any case, no need to respond, as this isn't really a discussion. I was simply pointing out that the RESULTS don't support your view.

WHEN and IF RESULTS do support your view, posters that you complain about here, and NEW INVESTORS will provide all the "dealing" you need as they will base their posts in the future on RESULTS just as they do now and they have in the past. So in essence, things will take care of themselves.

Johnson, Felcyn and Flowers are paid handsomely for their efforts, and they clearly have no intention of stepping aside despite their past performance. If they can't stand the heat of shareholder pressure for changes for the better, than they can step out of the kitchen just as easily, and actually MUCH MORE easily than shareholders who have lost significant value in their PTSC holdings. They are UP on their "investment in PTSC" if you can characterize it as such, considering their pathetic level of share purchases.

So, as much as people bang the sell and move on drum to critical shareholders, it's just as valid to bang the "replace yourself with more qualified and able directors and move on", or "perform and return value to shareholders", drums to the BOD, afterall, THEY are the ones in control of PTSC.

It is interesting that despite consistent challenges by myself and other posters here to provide the facts that support support in the BOD and current management, the response is always a complaint about the poster, his content, and his/her agenda. Rarely an argument that actually supports the actual viewpoint you advance. Hopefully, you can "deal" with that if you feel compelled to provide a response.
