Can you or anyone else here explain how this agreement is NOT simply a conduit for TPL to receive more proceeds from the MMP licenses before the remainder is divy'd up between the partners? Essentially, I read this as PTSC & TPL agree that from the MMP license proceeds they bring in, rather than maxing out at, I think was originally $8M in working capital, they will now increase that to some level substantially higher.

For example, if they licensed a big fish for $50M, they'll now pay TPL/Alliacense for any costs they owe from PDS' cash reserves, and then replenish that working capital reserve with perhaps up to $16M from such a license (2x original $8M would be "substantial increase" IMO). The remaining $34M will then be dispersed 50/50 to TPL & PTSC. That $16M is money that will be used to prosecute the MMP infringers and does give PDS more punch and may allow infringers to see a heavier opponent accross the negotiating table. I don't miss that point.

HOWEVER, PDS working capital goes to TPL and whoever they bring in to help prosecute infringers, in the form of expenses charged to PDS to license/prosecute. PTSC doesn't get any of that money. So with TPL's track record, IMO, what this has done is create a bigger pot from which Leckrone can get money just as he did before. I don't put it past him that he has ways in mind to circumvent the oversight, and to overcharge. We can be told that PTSC is NOW...FINALLY... on top of the TPL shennanigans, but considering who remains as our watch dogs, is there anyone here who believes CJ & Gloria are smarter than Leckrone? Unfortunately, I don't. If someone can suport the argument that they are, please present it as I'd sure like to see what they see.
