There's always the danger that interference by shareholders such as filing frivolous class action suits

Please dig thru Brian's or Ron's or Lambert's or Eases et al or my previous posts and cut/paste/link where a Clas Action Lawsuit has ever been mentioned??

What has been mentioned is the idea of hiring a Shareholder Representative Attorney to look into the MA & CA and see if they have been written in our (PTSC shareholders) best interests... guess we know the answer to that now.. who is responsible? Who represented us in those agreements?

...or attempting to get a change in the way BoD members are voted in..

..or attempting to get a SH Proxy placed..

At no time that I can remember was a Class Action Lawsuit ever mentioned...

It has only been characterized as such (incorrectly) by forum members oposed to any of the potential undertakings mentioned above..
