I the interest of "balance", I should add that while milestone and others have suggested action may be fruitless (though don't suggest that no action should be taken - quite the contrary if the action is handled properly), and they are probably "right", Ron and others have suggested that "we should at least make an (another) attempt" and "nothing ventured, nothing gained", and IMO they too are "right".
My perception is that the difference of opinion here has more to do with attitudes about the potential results, and less about the action itself. One caveat however, that being the "handled properly" aspect.
In hindsight, though I had even actively participated with Ron on a prior letter to the BoD, what became obvious was that in the construction of that letter, only negative "things" were addressed on this board. Only negative. So while the desire to act was likely based on opinions that PTSC/the MMP is a very worthwhile investment (so worth the effort), that thought was completely lost in the purely negative focus.
Just things to consider....
