Frustration is totally understandable; I'm feeling it big-time. But where is my frustration directed? Right now, directly at the USPTO. Funny that there is virtually no discussion of our options, as shareholders, on that front. For some reason, people are willing to accept that situation.

Petitioning a government agency or even discussing it is even more hopeless than petitioning our board. What options do we really have? With regards to the MMP, it is an all or nothing bet IMO. With regards to PTSC there is still the cash and Crossflo potential.
