I agree that what the Cat epuipment needs, I'm sure is there to take care of it. But am I crazy for assuming that CAT equipment does not have air bags? Am I crazy for assuming that CAT equipment can not park itself? Am I crazy for assuming CAT equipment does not have adaptive cruise control, etc etc.....In 2004 and Audi A8L had 36 comupters. Any idea how many today? How many in your BMW? How would it compare to the typical CAT vehicle? The point is that the need for high speed computing is greater in a highway vehicle than a farm or construction vehicle.
