Easy way around confronting Moore: Go after any company Greenarrays licenses their tech to, or sells product to. There's probably more money to come from it going that route anyway.
Again, I just think it would be mighty rude to confront Moore for a license on tech where he was co-inventor (per patent apps) even if he no longer has any rights to the tech. And such act could generate undesireable fall-out (probably without merit, but fall-out just the same). But if there were enough money in it, that IMO could overcome the "rudeness factor"!
