If GreenArrays is essentially subverting the master agreement, is that not stiffing PTSC as well as TPL?

Doesn't PTSC have any interest in such a dispute? Is not the GreenArrays situation essentially Moore licensing the MMP to a 3rd party? Clearly not what the master agreement was intending. Could PTSC license it?
