PTSC can't just get HP stock and hide it off the balance sheet

I was thinking it was more like HP would have bought and owned PTSC stock. But mostly it's about HP getting the tech through the way Crossflo(PDSG) and HP work together on mutual projects. These are just my thoughts and wonderings. I have no way to know it as fact.
