In my opinion TPL is dilligently working on ACER, HTC, GATEWAY, and Bra!!! something to determine if settlements can be agreed upon within the next month time frame. If they can get them to sign it would be a water shed moment in my opinion and make attaining other licenses much easier.

I don't believe they will truly negotiate with other potentials until the above is determined.

If the litigants sign and drop the case the other potential company licenses would be larger in my opinion and more forthcoming.

If the litigants keep going on to trial licenses from the others will be accepted at lower rates in my opinion to allow TPL finances to see the case through to the end.
