PTSC can't just get HP stock and hide it off the balance sheet. Come on now. True, maybe it's like the Sony deal with TPL but that means nothing for PTSC.

This is the second time I've seen the idea that somehow the HP partnership is the result of an off-book agreement from licensing. First, it's not. Second, if it were, PTSC got screwed. Would you trade unlimited portfolio license in exchange for a bog standard partnership with HP for a company that at the time you didn't even own and hadn't considered buying?
