Huge companies like HP have their own beaurocracies and move slowly somtimes. Perhaps PTSC was just in the right place at the right time to acquire Crossflo. Maybe RG knew someone there which gave PTSC a leg up on acquiring them.

What do you think about the T's case? I personally would like to see TPL take these companies to court and win a large judgement to put some fear into remaining infringers. I'm not sure if this is the smartest thing to do in California or like Ease was posting we should settle in California and take someone else to Texas again.
