Which may mean that they are going to get the crap sued out of them by thier investors when their stock dives upon News that TPL dragged them back into the court room for infringement of the 584 and the 336.

Hellooooooooooo, I believe you are absolutely correct. And in any case, in terms of justice they should have to pay because the are/have been infringing IMO.
