Someone just reposted that information yesterday. to sum it up, TPL removed the ARM cores to simplify the case with the J's. ARM claimed victory. TPL claimed ARM's PR was misleading and that ARM cores did infringe on the 584 and 749. TPL appealed the judgement. I believe TPL lost their appeal. Now I don't know if TPL can still go after them I suppose it would depend on the 584 and 749 recertification language.

Evidently ARM cores don't use the 148 and 336 patent technology? Is this correct?
