Put this post and the one that preceeds together, and what do you get? Just who is the evil-doer, and by virtue of his actions and statements (MOU, Preferreds, for examples), has he been revealed? Yet again?

If you want to investigate something, how about the trading activities of a couple/few over the last year and a half. Now THAT would be interesting! Then ask about manipulation, albeit with limited effect (most of us are still here, after all).
