You acknowledge that we are in the "wild west" OTCBB lands. That was my #1 listed reason for our performance, PPS wise. The other reasons I listed were equally valid, and in proper sequence of import/influence, IMO. It ain't rocket science.

Look around and think about the performance of other companies, OTCBB and otherwise, these days, and over the past. Yes, some of those companies are being manipulated with evil intent. But all of them? And are the shareholders of ANY of them suggesting the actions such as Brian is initiating? Very rare, and usually initiated by the company. Do you assume that our management is a party to illegal, unscrupulous behavior? Then why do you hold?

Bottom line: How is/will this latest hubbub be perceived by current and future investors? Positively? I think not. More along the lines of sell (if you hold) or AVOID if you're considering an investment.

Other bottom line: Do you honestly believe that any investigation would reveal anything of consequence? All the looking/watching to date hasn't revealed anything illegal. What info could an explorative committee uncover that isn't already in the public domain? Do you think the supposed perpetrators of illegal activity would allow their actions, if they exist, to be uncovered?
