I may be wrong, but I take your post as sarcasim. I never said Brian was the sole source of all our PPS problems. His and similar actions by others were listed last, and addressed as a (perhaps minor) contributing factor. Their actions haven't helped matters AT ALL (or show me when, where, how they have). Just like Brian's supposed actions as Shareholder Representative didn't help AT ALL (again, show me when, where, how they have - verified). If he had been effective AT ALL, would he continue to have so much to complain about? Wasn't he in that position when the Dividends were issued? That along with many of his other cited company mis-steps?

Your's is another extremely weak attempt to defend the non-defenseable. Prove to me that any action by that person has helped us AT ALL. If he hasn't helped, that leaves the conclusion that his efforts are either "neutral" (and just a waste of everyone's time) or harmful. Show me.
