Well... if a youngster can create a link-library of fav-videos to access quickly eaisly there's no reason the handhelds couldn't be set up, as you say, 'to fetch and stream' critical emergency data aided by videos; qued by certain 'flags' that the law-enforcenemt and first responders are trained to know depending on the circumstance. And, If it's near real time I wonder if they thought about the communications aspects of it yet.

On the other side of the coin from the consumer uses like joe-plumber/lol; I'm thinking that hopefully we'll JV with an intity that will allow us the means to utilize that Intellysis chip in some fashion like this within the fusion centers/hospitals etc; it could also be used in various aspects related to nornal everyday business interprises which crosslfo mentions.

However the way they're going it looks like they'll play it off the existing base of smart phones.
