I would think immediate PR by both TPL and PTSC, and a PTSC 8-K filing within a day or few.

I assume that in addition to the posting in PAIR, the USPTO would also forward a piece of paper to us indicating that they're done and they intend to recert - something we can physically wave in the faces of potential (and past) licensees. Bad assumption?
