But if in fact they do still hold 25M, I would hope the best way for them to realize a premium for those sh would be for PTSC/TPL to remove the wall of silence, reveal the actual settlement with the Js in this upcoming Q, write indisputable rebuttals in the eyes of the PTO for support of '584, '148 & '336 Reexams, reveal outstanding decision/s re M&A, finally begin a PR campaign or fire Hoffman
