I do not believe that to be the case... I believe there to be a 'veil of information barrier' between CJ & Swartzy, for the purpose of containing insider info.. supposedly/effectively insulating Swartzy from such. Am I naive enough to believe this 'veil' is in fact 100% effective.. of course not. I believe Swartzy has been selling all thru this, as would be his right if he in fact is not an "insider". The 13-G will tell us... If he in fact has not been selling from the moment the Stay was announced thru now at his discretion... I want to know who the h#ll it was dumping all those shares in the .60s & .70s in Nov/Dec... cuz if it wasn't him and it was just the traders/flippers, we are all in for one cappy time when he also decides to sell his ~25M sh along with those traders/flippers in the future.
