It has been opined here that the possible reason for lack of new licensees, is because they are waiting to see the settlement numbers for the J3. I disagree....I think TPL has raised the ante andpotential deals are now more impacted by what stand the USPTO takes. Certainly, waiting for April could boomerang and result in an even higher royalty.

Aside from those scenarios, does anyone think it is possible that TPL/PTSC has decided to announce new licenses at the end of each month? Besides the fact that individual pr's had little or negative impact....I think this could be a move They have taken and at PTSC'S urging. Most here, I believe, are mystified that we have not seen a slew of deals post J3 settlement and this maneuver could draw more attention and result in positive share price appreciation.

On aside note.... from my Webster's dictionary....licensee=One to whom a license is GRANTED. GLTA
