A few questions answered is better than none.  All of this banter on the board since Texas and the NDA, has been a result of the total lack of info on all levels in regards to this stock.  I was part of the last letter, and those " few questions" that were answered gave at least some insite into the situation at that time.  It seems we have two camps on the board now (other than outright bashers and pumpers).  We have the "Don't worry be happy" group, and we have" the sky is falling" group.  The first group seems content with the shutdown of all info and defends it with the hope of info in April.  The latter group is not happy with this total lack of info and communication about events other than the NDA.  I tend to agree with the last group.  I think PTSC can comment on many things not covered by the NDA, and I feel that is what the letter is designed to accomplish.  We all know the NDA is just that, NON DISCLOSURE, but why no info on other fronts.  I don't think Ron or any one else has litigation in mind (I hope).  I think it is a ligitimate attempt to get some info, any info, "to help soothe the savage beasts".
