That is a BS statement... 

It is IMO the voice of concerned shareholders that want to let management and BOD know they must and will be held accountable for the eventual share price direction this company ends up taking, no matter who the hell is CEO.

Money maker.. ??   Do you mean potential money maker ??  Are you making money currently on PTSC?  I don't know anyone outside of those on the payroll making money on PTSC right now? 

If there is a reason why we need to be in the .40s please tell us already.
