OK-Now I'll go along with the concept of number of shares behind the letter just for the sake of argument, even though the last gathering of "pledges" amounted to much less than the required majority to do anything of substance.

OK- Why the request for names and addresses again if not for some future legal document or mailing list to be used in the future?
