Why company want to tarnish its reputation by leak "Insider information"

Who said the communication would have anything to do with insider information?  In fact I would venture to guess, no one here would expect too much in the line of insider info... ya think.

Why to use a internet forum to communicate only to some shareholders

My guess is any correspondence from JT would be released to all shareholders via a standard PR letter.. not just to the members of this forum.. which btw is a paid PTSC promoter.

Why few people raise questions about this is beyond me?

Yeah.. and someone recently stated they thought I should be CEO.  I respect the h##l out of Ron (as I do many here) and as I know the vast majority here does.. but that does not mean I want Ron to be on the BOD.   FWIW/FYI I want CJ off the BOD and another experienced, respected, connected tech guru on it.
