Correct me if I am wrong ...at page 5 the "private entry" documents that you refer to in your comment, pertain to electronic filing of transcripts by court reporters. 

I'm guessing and I may be wrong, this has nothing to do with mediation reports which I was told, are for the judge's eyes only.
