OK but is the situation truely the same? 100K shares of PTSC will be worth how much if all goes well? 100K of Nano Property will be worth how much if all goes well? Did the BOD of Nano Property dole out several million options to insiders? I don't have time to look at your Nano Property. If situation there is the same, then fine - your argument is valid. IMHO differences in the potential value of the options and how many insiders already have can make a difference in whether an insider might consider buy on the open market. Opty
