Did the BOD of Nano Property dole out several million options to insiders? I don't have time to look at your Nano Property. If situation there is the same, then fine - your argument is valid. IMHO differences in the potential value of the options and how many insiders already have can make a difference in whether an insider might consider buy on the open market. Opty
