Message: sge, show me 3 independent bod members and the resignation of a couple of the current bod members

So tell me exactly what revisitation from the past you expect.  The toxic financing you were griping about earlier?  Do you honestly expect that to (need to) happen again?  You absolutely must or you wouldn't have posted about it, yet again, would you?  Oh, you don't expect PTSC to need to do any such financing, ever, in the future?  Then why did you post about it?  There is only one logical answer to that question.

But you jumped from that whole issue/discussion, didn't you?  Couldn't effectively argue my first response?  So, now you argue that EVERYTHING IS THE SAME as far as the management of this company.  I mean, that must be your argument or your statements/ gripes about the BoD would make no sense.

So let's see, no changes....

S&L with no further real influence.

And, yea, I've seen how the "do nothing" BoD has put the kabash/brakes on any new initiatives that the CEO/President has in mind, or the new Board member.  And how'd he get in there?  After all, per you, the BoD wants nothing to change in order to protect their gravy train.  And no dividends.  Where'd THAT come from?

So look out everyone!  Everything is exactly the same and history will simply keep repeating itself no matter what.  No matter how much money PTSC brings in, regardless of source; no matter what strategic moves PTSC makes (M, A or other); we're doomed to repeat history because none of that matters.  All that matters are the things that happened BEFORE, and most importantly, apparently, the things from YEARS ago.

Thanks for the enlightenment.  But in investing, as in driving, I prefer to look ahead through the windshield and not just stare into the rear view mirror.

Give us a forward-looking statement for a change.  The "history repeats itself" bit is getting mighty stale.  And that's why I call you on it almost every time.  But I do have to extend my appreciation for one thing - it seems you've taken my prior advise and waited a week before posting "the PTSC Chronicles" again.  Thank you.

While I believe I would welcome a couple of replacement BoD members, that doesn't mean I believe retail investors are doomed having our current BoD status unchanged.  Our two newest will make things happen, and the others won't stop them (and ultimately don't have the power to block).

All JMHO,

SGE
