Message: fut, keep drinking the koolaide, but i will respond to your wonderful open minded post,

"yes, i do know that better deals were available, all ptsc had to do was go 3rd party and sell authorized shares on behalf of the corporate entity, no warrants necessary, no toxic funding, certain conditions had to be met but it's done every day on the otc"

Really? A company with no revenues able to just issue shares with no strings attached? Please post a few examples and I'll be happy to disect the deals. One way or the other you'd either be issuing tons of shares to a promoter, giving warrants, or both, or including some other kind of toxic provisions. That's how it works when you are not generating revenues. And your pretending it could have been done otherwise is either disingenuous or dishonest.

"no, i changed my tune when the ptsc bod did not do anything to protect long term share holders after the time frame that i felt the warrant issue was manageable which was in feb. 07 when the documented warrants were about 28mil, i lost total respect when i knew s&l sold in to the nokia run, thus killing any opportunity for the sp to base higher going in to the markman, otc sp has to be managed by those in charge and the bod did nothing.ishonest."

You keep alluding to the BOD being able to "manage" (somehow manipulate) the sp. Again, tell us how this is done. And don't say by buying warrants. Because unless you are Eriv Swartz you have no idea what Swartz would have demanded at the time. For all you know they might have approached Swartz to buy the warrants long ago but Swartz was asking for too much. Again, YOU DON'T KNOW because you are not privy to such info. As for S&L selling into the "Nokia run", I'm sorry I am unaware of any statute, rule, provision of their agreement, or whatever that says the BOD can tell S&L not to sell. If you are aware of such, please present it here.

Later in your post you claim I have sold shares, yet the title of your post says I'm drinking the koolaide. Kind of contradictory, isn't it? BTW, neither is true. And I'm sure thru my posting history the readers here know who to believe. And I'm sure they realize who cares more about their fellow shareholders. I have never been anything but honest in my postings. You post in cryptic tones at times, making inferences instead of just coming out and saying something. Do you think that is credible in the least???

Like I said, take a hike.
