I did not say "I KNOW"- I said "I'm sure" which should mean that I believe it very strongly.
Of course I have no inside info and I'm not a "dividend naysayer"...
One dividend each year is perfect, WHEN the umbrella is built and revenues from different sources are flooding - there is no doubt, that this will be a strong argument to new investors in the future.
But today I would not like TWO divies/year - period and only my personal optinion...;-))
