I have posted this thought before and i believe that it needs to be said again...........

     Taking the CEO role IMO is not a lark for JT...............It appears that JT through hard work has gained the respect of many in his field.........

     The question is why would he risk all of his hard work / respect / to take this job on............I believe that he see a bright future for PTSC and he believes that he is the right man to take the CO to the next level......

      Many accomplished people will stretch and go out of their comfort zone and this migjht be the case for JT...............I believe that he will attract some important ears at this conference...............I will attend and while i do not know what i can report, i will do my best to post what ever i can......
