a very very good summary in which quandary we are. Like mentioned in one of my former posts, every good news is faced with a more or less bad one. Uncertanity because of the PTO, the TX case and maybe the patent reform is still a undoubtable negative point to withdraw possible an urgently needed new investors. The missing available PTSC-products and the situation that TPL controls more or less everything, are IMO big challanges for PTSC resp. Jim.
