I agree with what you say. The thing is, right now, there are so many things "in the air". Ward could nail Matsushita to the wall with a castration ruling, Toshiba could receive equally castrating sanctions for their actions, the USPTO could decide in our favor re: the '584. But, as I said the other day, I don't even care that much about the '584 - we've got a reasonably strong "lock" on the '148 amd '336.
I think that RIGHT NOW, at this specific moment, there is a greater feeling of anxiety. We need some positive news to turn attitudes around. Something along the lines of the above items, or some nice new licensees. While things are virtually the same as a month ago, these new concerns - big or small - and the lack of new licensees (after Leckrone's recent remarks) are weighing heavy.
As for the share price slippage - could be any of several things: attitudes, traders seeing other opportunties (market is back UP), S&L selling to convert, traders, etc. It certainly isn't a mass exodus.
Maybe it's time for me to repost that optimistic post.... (here comes!).
