The dividends were paid to all stockholders of record - not just Swartz. I still don't get this line of thinking.  Please explain how this is slanted in some way to benefit any one or two particular entities to the detriment of others.  OK - I'll answer it myself.  Answer - it is not slanted in any way to benefit any one or two particular entities.  If you feel like you are on the outside looking in on the divies and are "small potatoes" then you are not looking at this situation rationally.
