ignited, i know you are long ptsc and emotions with this stock are hard to hold in check. we are fed a lot of vague information from ptsc which is always open to speculation. i get the feeling you think ptsc/tpl want a PTO re-exam to validify the patents. PUBAT is, imo, a very slimy organization...but when in court, you just never know how things will play out. there is always the chance of losing. my guess is that tpl was prepared to release a signing if the PTO granted PUBAT's request. We are in a battle for large money if we win the J3 and now with the introduction of the re-exam by the PTO the stakes just went up. If we do hold off PUBAT it will be very difficult for an infringing company to not license the MMP. TPL seems to be in complete control. The first release of PUBAT info to us was followed by TPL filing a document the next day that basically countered the PUBAT claim. Today, after another PUBAT news, we release a signing. TPL seems to be in control. My view is that TPL manages the MMP (imo perfectly) and TPL also manages the information flow to PTSC (if i recall correctly TPL has to approve the release of information by PTSC regarding the MMP). PTSC BOD then earn their salaries and options by releasing the information to the sharehholder. I managed to slip my weekly mantra re the BOD in. Once money is in the PTSC vault, the BOD receives direction from S&L on what to do with it. its gonna get interesting.
