Timing was perfect.  Spoke volumes.  We have signees ready to announce.  We are confident we will win in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Texas and we need the patent office to reexamine to give us more teeth for future license deals.  Once we overcome these hurdles, the game gets much easier.  To prospective licensees, we show them the results of Texas, we show them that the Patent Office has re examined and found the patent solid.  Signed deals happen faster and easier.  No coincidences.  These guys are good.  Hated the wording from the Patent Office.  Love the timing of Sharp announcement.  Either we make it in a huge way or they will pry these shares from my old wrinkled fingers cause I am not letting go.
