I was reading Joseph Pokizywa - Primary Examiner from the US Patent Office response to PUBAT where he says "substantial new question of patentability...." and "a substantial liklihood that a reasonable Examiner would consider the prior art patent or printed publication imporant in deciding whether or not the claim is patentable ...". That's why I was so angry and depressed last night as I read this document. But I am inclined to believe now that it is part of the overall strategy, to prove to the world by way of Texas and a re exam by uspatent office, that we are legit. And by being legit, signings come fast and furious. that is why alliancense is staffing up. that is why PTSC needs someone with banking experience, get ready to have an expert on what to do with all this money coming in. but you know I was stunned at the wording from this examiner from the patent office. especially the pages where he agrees with the pubat claims about Mostek, Hitachi, and Boney and how they should have been included as prior art.
