and learn a little more by going through your post step-by-step.

1st: 'in the money warrants' Help me understand them. Are you saying in order for PTSC to properly report the warrants previously issued, the holder S/L, had to either convert or hold the warrants. But, could not legally continue to hold the warrants and have them repriced or reset again by PTSC; because the market price was above, the issue price, that the warrants were issued at? Hope I'm making sense. Is this accurate?

2nd: a contract accumulator acquire at least 50 mil shares If some party now owned 50 million shares wouldn't they have been required to report with the SEC as a major shareholder?

3rd:we have 2 major hurdles before trial, one, no stay under any circumstances and 2, a strong markman ruling Agreed.

4th:i see sp at 1.50 going in to trial I certainly hope we get back to that level soon. My biggest disappointment has been the drop to current levels. My belief is our true current value should be in the 1.50 area.

5th: ARM only one in court I could be convinced that they will be the last one standing. Do you care to guess on what the J3 have/will settle for?

Thanks again for addressing my previous questions
