Not nearly the kind of news that would move Noront up 40 cents. It's outlining things everyone already knew. Mr. Harvey is a brilliant addition to management and in my opinion will be a great help in establishing credibility with the majors but doubt the market cares.

The kind of news everyone is waiting for will require a stop trading, this news release is just throwing everyone a small bone.
