Not high volume of trading, no news and up an awful lot. Since news is expected on Monday (Tuesday latest) this kind of move isn't that rational. News could drive price higher but then if it isn't spectacular one wonders if the price will even hold above $5.

While I'd like to think the buyers know something the rest of us do not that's not likely as the lid is on awfully tight.

If it's pure speculative buying with intention to flip on news then the stock price could suffer or not move as high as it might without selling pressure from those short term holders.

News from Noront for the above reasons might just lift other juniors in McFauld Lake plays higher on percentage basis than it would like Noront.  Remains a good price level for entry in just about all the players.
