I wonder why MNKD didn't appeal the FDA rejection last time. I think a device company Melafind appealed the FDA rejection and got approved afterwards. If MNKD has a strong case of being misled by the FDA and the bioequivalence test is sufficient, why didn't it just appeal the decision by the FDA. It won't hurt.
